The Special Meeting will be reconvened at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at the Company’s executive offices on January 10, 2020 to allow more opportunity for stockholders to vote on all proposals described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 22, 2019.
